At KYNX, we pack and ship your order with care so it gets to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only. (International coming soon!)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Issues

  • KYNX is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
