Return Policy

At KYNX, we want you to love your products as much as we love creating them. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase.
  • To start a return, email us at hello@kynx.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your product back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • Need a replacement? Email us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange if stock is available.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
